Hey, I'm Anthony.

If you've been on a diet and felt like you'd failed - this is for you.

You didn't fail. Diets tell you what to eat, but they don't help you understand why. They don't help you manage stress or cope with emotions in non-food ways. They don't help you sleep better, move more, or quiet that voice that says "Sod it, you deserve this!"

They give you rules. But not the curiosity to ask "Mmm, I wonder what's going on here?" instead of "You're so useless. Why can't you do this?!"

You're a man. Why do you work with women?

My first long-term client sent me on this coaching path. She'd been losing weight and putting it back on for years. Certain foods were good, others were bad — and every time she ate the wrong ones, the guilt came with it.

Over the year and a half we worked together, I watched that shift. The guilt faded. The self-doubt quietened. That voice started supporting her instead of fighting against her. She started exploring what life had to offer.

I've invested in building the right coaching skills to help women with similar struggles— training in nutrition, body image, sleep, stress and behaviour change — to make sure I can really help.

I've worked with women who've spent years convinced the problem was them. Too little willpower. Not enough discipline. Lazy. Too greedy. Why do I always self-sabotage?

It was never them. But diets had them believe so.

When I'm not coaching, I'm also known as Kuya or Tito in my family (originally from the Philippines), Noy to my old friends — forgot why — and An-to-ni from my partner, who's from Japan, and that's where we live. You'll usually find me hunting down the best burger, escaping the city, or watching football.

Feeling in control. Proud of your choices. More energy. A better relationship with food — and yourself.

If you're ready to explore what that looks like for you, I'd love to help.
